It is really difficult to stick to healthy diet plans if you are constantly on the run. You go to bed late, sometimes have a snack before bedtime (otherwise you will be hungry and have problems falling asleep), then you waste your energy at night (digestion is a complicated process, after all) , you wake up exhausted, but you must get up, have a cup of coffee, perhaps a sandwich or two at work, and there is really no time for a square meal.
