I hate it when people are not responsible and when you can^t really communicate with them properly. it is driving me crazy and you should be aware of this fact. I want to be able to count on people that I know as I do the same thing for them. They know that I am there for them and that I won^t disappoint them. I am not sure what would have to happen for me to act differently as I really care about my people and that is a fact that they are aware of. In business I am even more concerned about this and recently I have been forced to work with someone who is absolutely irresponsible and it has been a huge problem for me. This person has ordered our oil heaters for his company and I was happy that he has done it as thanks to this we had a chance to earn more money. The problem is that at the same time he has made a lot of mistakes in his order and that was naturally something that shouldn^t happen. He didn^t specify which model of oil heaters will be ordered by him as well as he didn^t give us the proper address of his company. That is why i had to call him several times to get the information about oil heaters. it has been frustrating and I don^t want to experience it again in my life.
